Cultural Capitol 2018
Maastricht hopes to become the Cultural Capitol of Europe in 2018. This ambitious plan was presented at September 24th. All MAHL cities in the neighborhood will be helping Maastricht to achieve this goal: Heerlen, Sittard-Geleen, Hasselt, Liege and Aachen.
Route Charlemagne
The city council of Aachen has decided to realize the masterplan ‘Route Charlemagne’ by Maurer United Architects during the period of the next ten years. The total plan will cost 35 million Euro’s of investments, a large part of this will be financed by the Euregionale 2008.
MAHL No. 4
The fourth MAHL magazine is launched. This issue focusses on the delevopments at the Maastricht ENCI factory buildings, but also - as usual - the best urban art of the Eutropolis. MAHL is for free. See all local stores, cultural institutes and bars to find a free copy.
